Wallace Mealing Jr passed away peacefully, at the age of 80, in Tacoma, WA on June 21st 2025.

Wallace was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 29, 1945 to the late Lillian and Wallace Mealing, Sr. Wallace served in the U.S. Navy for six years and the U.S. Coast Guard for 20 years. His passions included classic cars and motorcycles. Wallace is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Gwendolyn Mealing; daughters Deirdre (Tarik Jackson) and Angela Mealing (Ramos Patterson); grandchildren Keano, Alaysia, Parker (Precious), Lauryn, Madison, and Olivia; and great-grandchildren Amiya and Riley. He is also survived by his brother Michael Mealing, sister Marilyn Drayton, sister-in-law Renee, and niece Janae (Chris, Dominic, Anthony Gwizdala). He was preceded in death by his brother Alvin Mealing. Wallace will be greatly missed.
