Larence Edward Bolden was born January 13, 1961, at The Swedish Hospital in Seattle, WA. He died April 26, 2024, in Seattle, WA.

As an Air Force dependent, Larence traveled and lived in Libya, North Africa, and various cities and states in the United States: Colorado Springs, CO; Tampa, Florida; and Spokane, WA. He grew up in Spokane, WA and enlisted in the US Army in April 1979 and was discharged in May 1984.

Larence spent the majority of his army career with the 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg (now known as Fort Liberty) in North Carolina. During his military service he received: Parachute Badge/Army Achievement Medal/ Rifle M-16 Sharpshooter Badge and Humanitarian Service Medal. He has also worked at ARAMARK Catering in Seattle as a hot-side chef.

He is preceded in death by his father, David Bolden, and grandparents, Roosevelt and Gladys Parker.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Maggie L. Bolden (Memphis, TN), sister, Gladys Williams, (Otha), Dayton, OH, Two daughters, Alycia Johnson (Jeff), Seattle, WA, Breanna Bolden (Spokane, WA). He also leaves behind 4 grandchildren and a host of family members.
