How to Order Death Certificates
Death certificates are issued by the county where the death occurred. Death certificates filed by Western Cremation Alliance may be ordered online using the form below for up to one year from the date of death. If it has been longer than a year since your loved one’s passing you may also order via VitalChek.com. Select “Death Certificate” on the left side of the page, and follow the instructions.
